The Buttermilk Truck Launches Website and Menu
The Buttermilk Truck launched their official website today complete with a full menu and lots of pictures. The menu has been refined a bit and looks great. Luckily, the two items I mentioned as my potential favorites in a previous post (the biscuit sandwich and the chicken and waffles), remain untouched. They seemed to have addressed the biggest concern I have heard about this truck - how does one eat pancakes standing up on a busy street? The solution of offering pancake bites is so simple and sounds so good. I guess the only one question remains - what exactly is Hawaiian bread?

It may be King’s Hawaiian Bread they are talking about. It taste so good when it is used for french toast.

I love the Buttermilk Truck! The food is delicious.
The website is a great help and every time that I look at the menu I get soooo hungry!
